Coronavirus National Restrictions from 5th November 2020

Coronavirus National Restrictions from 5th November 2020

Below you will find any relevant information on the new national restrictions, including what they mean for us and why they are being introduced.

Cleaning of communal areas – change in approach

We are diverting cleaning resources to concentrate more on frequently touched points i.e. handles/switches/buttons/handrails etc.

We will try to ensure other areas are not impacted; however, this may affect other less essential cleaning tasks in the short term. We believe that this is preferable and ask that you bear with us during the pandemic.

It is of course impossible for all areas to be kept constantly sterile and as such irrespective of this increased cleaning regime please continue to follow the Government guidelines on handwashing and personal hygiene as this is ultimately the best way to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Self-isolating – LET US KNOW!

For the safety of yourself, fellow residents and others please notify us if you are suffering any symptoms or wish to self-isolate.

Where possible we will take the necessary steps to help you achieve this.

Please contact our office 0151 808 1001 or text the top line of your address to 07441446966 (SMS & WhatsApp)

Government guidance

Ultimately, this is a new experience for all of us and we are doing all we can to take all reasonable and practical steps to reduce the risk of exposure to our clients, fellow residents, and team.

Please keep up to date with Government guidance on a national and local level.

We will continue to be directed by them and would ask that all residents do the same.

Moving forward

We find ourselves in an everchanging landscape now and this will undoubtedly impact how all our buildings are cleaned in the future. We may be required to make further changes and alterations to services and where applicable these will be relayed to your management company.

Where this is the case, we will try to communicate these where possible via our website and social media platforms: www.cleanercheshire.co.uk and @CleanerCheshire (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & TikTok).

Your clean will run as per the frequency schedule; however, some appointments may change depending upon operational constraints and whether jobs are being prioritised.

We thank you for your continued support during the pandemic and hope to resume more normal service as soon as it is safe to do so.
